Room 6 is located on the third floor of the property (no lift is available) and offers a king size double bed and en-suite shower room. Built into the eaves and positioned at the rear of the property it offers views across to the York Minster, St. Wiflred’s Church Tower, St. Olave’s and the Museum Gardens, this room also catches the morning sun and is filled with light and warmth..

Facilities include a LED Smart TV’s, radio/alarm with bluetooth connectivity, mini fridges with fresh milk & complimentary Harrogate Spa mineral waters, fully stocked hospitality tray with with Kettle and Nescafe Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine along with our fresh home-made biscuits and Taylor’s of Harrogate Teas.

Deluxe Egyptian Cotton Bed Linen & Towels are provided along with a toweling bath robes & slippers. A hair dryer, iron & ironing board, complimentary Toiletries from H2K of Harrogate and free wifi access throughout the property and also provided for you.

No. 21 York is situated in a beautiful conservation area of St.Mary’s, York and our home is almost two centuries old. Thankfully every effort has been taken to preserve its original character. Many of our rooms feature grand high ceilings and original cornicing – with the odd creaky floorboard too!

Due to our historic and conservation status we do not have a lift, so if you can’t manage stairs easily – there is a set of seven steps leading up to the Front Entrance from the road and a magnificent staircase to the upper floors – please do ask us in advance for a room on a lower floor (we are always available to help with luggage). Given our central location on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of York, please also note that room sizes can be smaller than you might be used to in out-of-town locations.
